RETURNS and EXCHANGES Policy
EXCHANGES
The exchange request has to be submitted in 3 days from the date of product received.
Once an exchange request has been submitted, pick-up will be scheduled with the courier upon receiving the request and as per your convenience. Once the original order is received and verified, your replacement order will be released.
RETURNS
Request for Returns of unopened items has to be made within 3 days of the date of delivery.
Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery after which we would be unable to cater to your refund, return or exchange request.
To be eligible for a return
- your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original packaging intact.
- Returns for products with manufacturing defects, missing parts, or received with any physical damages are subject to inspection.
- To accept your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once a return request has been submitted, pick-up will be scheduled with the courier at your convenience.
After the original order is received and verified, your refund will be processed.
All Exchange/Return requests must meet at least one of the below criteria :
1) Damaged Product Received subject to inspection.
2) Wrong product Received
Additional shipping charges of AED 25 for orders within UAE orders will be charged on Return/Exchange requests for any other reason.
